The State Bank of São Paulo (Banespa) needed to implement several changes and technological reformulations due to its merge with the Spanish Santander Group.
Need to improve the Bank’s staff knowledge of new technological solutions on the web.
Need to achieve the Web Division’s year goals, including the management of many different sites and technologies on a daily basis and still develop new projects.
Need to turn the website’s results into a source of profit.
SOLUTION
Selection, Training and management of a multidisciplinary team, combining skills with flexibility and high capacity to attain different goals.
Liaison of 5 divisions with divergent objectives and approaches (Technology, Marketing, Legal, Strategy and Support).
